We deliver to all provinces throughout Thailand. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the point of order confirmation. They may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Thai public holidays.
Delivery throughout Thailand is included in the price of the complete set. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Orders are fulfilled by our authorised fulfilment partner in Thailand. Your delivery address and order details will be shared with our fulfilment partner solely for the purpose of completing your delivery.
You will receive a delivery notification once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. NIRA NO.9 is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@nira9.com or via LINE @nira9, with a description and photograph of the issue. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
