NIRA NO.9 offers a single complete skincare system comprising three products: Serum Renew, Eye Cream Revive, and Cream Restore. These products are sold exclusively as a complete set and are not available individually.
All products are formulated for external cosmetic use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
All NIRA NO.9 products are notified with the Thai Food and Drug Administration (Thai FDA) before sale in Thailand. Notification numbers are displayed on our website and product packaging.
Products are manufactured in Thailand by B.T. Spaceship Co., Ltd., Samut Prakan, Thailand.
Orders are placed through our official website at nira9.com. Miss Niramon Waiyawong (“Ney”), the Thailand seller, is responsible for Thailand customer orders. Depending on the payment method available at the time of purchase, customers may be redirected to an authorised payment provider to complete payment. Thailand order confirmations, delivery updates and customer support are provided through the Thailand support channels above.

For Thailand orders, the Thailand seller may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. If a Thailand order is cancelled after payment, the Thailand seller will arrange the applicable refund.

For Thailand orders, Miss Niramon Waiyawong (“Ney”) is the payment recipient. Payments are processed securely through the payment method made available at checkout. Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB). The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.
We do not store payment card details. Transactions are handled through the payment method made available at checkout in accordance with applicable security standards.

The Thailand seller manages the Thailand customer order and fulfilment arrangement and may use delivery or logistics providers to complete delivery. We do not currently offer international delivery.

We do not offer voluntary returns of cosmetic products that have been opened or used solely because a customer has changed their mind. This does not exclude or limit any cancellation, refund, replacement or other remedy required by applicable law.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact the Thailand seller within 48 hours where possible at thailand@nira9.com or via LINE @nira9. This reporting request helps us investigate and resolve the issue promptly and does not limit any right or remedy available under applicable law.

NIRA NO.9 products are not suitable for use on broken, irritated, or infected skin. They are not intended for use by children.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Thailand seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from a Thailand order or use of the products.
The Thailand seller’s total liability to you in connection with a Thailand order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

For orders supplied to customers in Thailand, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory right or remedy available to a consumer under applicable law.
