NIRA NO.9 offers a single complete skincare system comprising three products: Serum Renew, Eye Cream Revive, and Cream Restore. These products are sold exclusively as a complete set and are not available individually.
All products are formulated for external cosmetic use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
All NIRA NO.9 products are notified with the Thai Food and Drug Administration (Thai FDA) before sale in Thailand. Notification numbers are displayed on our website and product packaging.
Products are manufactured in Thailand by B.T. Spaceship Co., Ltd., Samut Prakan, Thailand.
Orders are placed through our official website at nira9.com. Depending on the payment method available at the time of purchase, customers may be redirected to an authorised payment provider to complete payment. Order confirmations, delivery updates and customer support may be provided through our official LINE Account and/or email.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Order confirmation will be sent via LINE or email once payment is received.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB). The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.
We do not store payment card details. All transactions are encrypted and handled by our payment provider in accordance with applicable security standards.
Suan Pruksa Ltd is a UK-registered company. Payments are settled in GBP. Currency conversion, if applicable, is handled by your bank or payment provider.

Fulfilment is managed by our authorised fulfilment partner in Thailand. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene requirements, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Suan Pruksa Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
