Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Due to the nature of skincare products and applicable hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used. This applies regardless of the reason for return.

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
To report an issue:
We will assess your report and, where the fault is ours, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Reports received after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
We do not offer store credit or alternative refund methods.
If a return is required and the fault is ours (damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If a return is approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
